This website is here to tell you about our vehicles and our service, and to let you get in touch. Details and prices can change, and sometimes we get them wrong, so confirm anything that matters with us before you commit. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, and no purchase happens here. Used vehicles are sold as-is unless your paperwork says otherwise.

Vehicle details and pricing on this site are subject to change at any time and should be confirmed with us before purchase.

We take care to describe our inventory accurately, but listings are compiled from several sources and are maintained by hand. Year, make, model, trim, mileage, options, equipment, colour, condition, specifications, fuel economy figures, and price may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect.

A vehicle shown here may already be sold, on hold, or otherwise unavailable, and prices may change without notice. Prices shown exclude tax, title, registration, and any documentary or administrative fees unless we say otherwise in writing.

If a price or specification is obviously wrong — a typographical error, a missing digit, a figure well outside market value — we are not obliged to honour it, and we may correct it or withdraw the listing even after you have contacted us about it. We will tell you promptly if that happens.

Before you buy, verify everything that matters to you — including the vehicle identification number, mileage, history, condition, equipment, and the final price — directly with us and by inspecting the vehicle.

Photographs are provided to help you picture a vehicle and may not depict the specific vehicle offered. Some listings use representative images of the same year, make, and model, and colours can appear differently between screens.

Ask us for photographs of the actual vehicle, or arrange to see it in person, before relying on any image.

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, and submitting a form does not reserve a vehicle, create a contract, or oblige either of us to anything. Listings are invitations for you to get in touch.

A sale becomes binding only when both of us sign a written purchase agreement. Where that agreement and this website disagree, the agreement governs.

Unless a written warranty or service contract is provided with a specific vehicle, used vehicles are sold as-is, with all faults, and JDL AutoSales makes no warranty of any kind. You are responsible for the cost of any repairs after purchase.

The FTC Buyers Guide displayed on the vehicle, together with your written purchase agreement, sets out the warranty terms for that vehicle and controls over anything said here or elsewhere on this site.

Any remaining manufacturer warranty is provided by the manufacturer, not by us, and is subject to the manufacturer’s own terms, transfer rules, and limits. We encourage you to arrange an independent pre-purchase inspection.

Some states give used vehicle buyers rights that cannot be waived. This section does not limit any right you have under the law of your state that we cannot lawfully exclude.

We do not offer, arrange, broker, or advise on financing, leasing, credit, or insurance, and nothing on this site is a credit offer or a quotation. There are no payment calculators or monthly payment figures here, deliberately. Any financing you use is a matter between you and your own lender.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract to use this site. Use it for its intended purpose — learning about our vehicles and contacting us — and not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or another person’s information through our forms.
• Send spam, advertising, or automated submissions, or attempt to defeat our spam protections.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-copy our listings, photographs, or contact details.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the private area used by our staff.
• Break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights.

We may suspend or refuse access if the site is being misused.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, and you confirm you are entitled to give us the contact details you provide. What we do with them is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, payment card details, or copies of identification documents through this website. We do not need them and cannot protect them here.

The text, layout, design, logo, and other original content on this site belong to JDL AutoSales and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own use in considering a purchase. You may not republish, sell, or use our content commercially without our written permission.

Vehicle manufacturer names, model names, and logos are the trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to identify vehicles, and their use does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or authorisation from those manufacturers. JDL AutoSales is an independent business and is not a franchised dealer of any manufacturer.

We may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

This website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties relating to the website, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, or that the information on it is complete, current, or accurate. This disclaimer concerns the website. Warranty terms for a vehicle are covered above and in your purchase paperwork.

To the fullest extent the law allows, JDL AutoSales is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost opportunity, arising from your use of this website or from reliance on information published on it.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some states do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and we each consent to those courts.

There is no arbitration requirement in these terms, and nothing here waives your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. If a change is significant we will say so rather than quietly amending the text.

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our not enforcing a provision does not waive it. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding this website, and do not replace any written agreement you sign when buying a vehicle.
